Rank 2.3.0: New Features, Improvements, and Fixes

We’ve been working hard to bring you some exciting new features, improvements, and fixes to make your eCommerce experience even better:


New Features:

  • GA4 Support for Rank AI Chatbots: Now with Google Analytics 4 support, allowing you to track user interactions more effectively.
  • Auto Tagging for Specials: Specials are now auto-tagged in Rank Ecommerce, making it easier to categorize and filter deals by product type, daily, or everyday specials.
  • Custom Field Mapping for COVA POS: You can now map custom fields when integrating with COVA POS for more tailored data management.


Improvements:

  • Enhanced store timezone accuracy for open/closed display on store pages.
  • Improved sync process for website inventory pages on Rank Ecommerce.
  • Better activation/deactivation and sync of specials with POS systems.
  • Clearer error messages during checkout, helping customers troubleshoot issues more easily.


Fixes:

  • Resolved issues with order status SMS and store hours display.
  • Dutchie orders now correctly convert to Rank Ecommerce orders.
  • Delivery checkout errors have been fixed for a smoother checkout experience.
  • Product descriptions with special characters now display correctly in schema.
  • Fixed Jane cart total and expired Jane specials remaining on websites.
  • Sale prices now display properly on Alleaves orders, and empty orders have been fixed.
  • After Hours Ordering is now working as intended, preventing unintentional after-hours orders.
  • Fixed occasional NaN totals in Posabits orders and Flowhub orders not syncing with the POS.
  • Resolved Meadow purchase limit errors when exceeded.
  • Brand's with apostrophes in their name will now redirect correctly.
