Dutchie API Workaround Implemented for Rank Ecommerce clients
To support our Dutchie customers through an ongoing issue with product pagination within Dutchie's system - with no clear ETA on a fix - our team has implemented a workaround for Rank Ecommerce clients that restores reliable menu syncing in most cases.
While the root issue lies within the Dutchie system, some edge cases remain out of our control. We’re doing everything possible to ensure your menus stay as complete and accurate as possible. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide support while Dutchie works toward a permanent fix.
